- 1. If you've find favorite items, please put in the basket (Direct order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)
- 2. Product purchase will proceed. Product name and quantity, size, check the fare.
- 3. Please put your order name and address.
- 4. Please select payment method.
- 5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.
- 6. For the Payment by Credit Card, please enter your billing information to payment window and complete the payment.

- - Shipping Fee
- International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including box weight)
- - Delivery Date
Delivery Date : Normally, it takes about 5~10 business days from your order. But it may vary based on Product Availability countries, commodity shipping, inventory clearance, etc..
When the goods shipped, the customer can check the shipping information through e-mail or My Page> Order Details page.
- - Attention (in the following cases,
the arrival can be delayed and we hope your understanding)
- Customer makes order after business hours.
- Our temporary holiday, New Year, summer holidays.
- Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions and etc.
- For the orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, the products will be shipped the next day.
- Shipping date : If the order is completed with full payment before 6 PM, All package will be shipped out on the following day.
If the shipping schedule delays, It takes about 7-14 business days from the order.
The shipment can be delayed for stock unavailability.
For International order, the shipment cannot be made on the same day of order.
If the item is customized item, It will take about 2 weeks to ship out.
According to the respective country customs policy might change the date.

- Total payments for the Products (including tax / sales tax) + shipping (tax / sales tax included)

- ※ Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. LEMONA FRIENDS is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and If you don't pay taxes, the products will be returned to Korea again. After receiving the products, you will be refunded after deducting the initial shipping cost.

- - For Cancellation
- You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
- If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in mypage by yourself before payment.
- If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.
- - For return and replacement
- If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business after receiving the product
- Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
- Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
- As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
- Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.
- - Case of impossible return

- Doesn’t have any reason for return
- customer tear off the tag, label and price from the product.
